Here's a quick look at some new HazardScout features.
Scheduled Reports
The new “Rules Engine” lets you schedule reports to anyone in your company.
Just choose the frequency (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly), the form, and the recipients. The rules engine will take it from there.
For example, the system could send out a company wide email every Friday with Near Miss Reports from the week. Or email Supervisors every month with audits from the last 30 days.
As development continues on the Rules Engine, you will be able to setup all kinds of automated tasks.

Timezones
Until recently, dates and times were shown in the Central timezone. Employees can now change their personal timezone settings on their employee profile.
Companies can also set the default timezone for their employees within the Control Panel > Employee Settings page.
All dates and times across the application will now be based on the selected timezone.
Follow-Up Fields
When you are designing a form, you can now add a “Follow-Up” field. This makes it easier for employee’s to assign follow-ups without pressing the (···) button.
You can also make this new “Follow-Up” field required so that the employee is forced to create a follow-up before submitting the response.
Default Message Settings
When you add employees to your site, you may wish to enable email notifications for follow-ups, acknowledgments, etc by default on their profile.
Now you can set the Default Message Settings within the Control Panel > Employee Settings page. Later, when an employee profile is created, the profile will automatically use these new default settings.
Full Weather For Every Report
When a report is submitted, the system has always shown the temperature on the response. If you wish to know more, then you can now click to view a full weather report for that date & time.
This report includes precipitation, wind speed, humidity, visibility index, UV, and more.
