If you have the proper permissions, you can view and manage billing information for your iScout account.
Here’s how to access the Billing Management section:
Navigate to Control Panel > Billing
Inside the Billing section, the Overview tab will contain this information
The History tab will allow you to see all records of current and previous invoices, the dates, amounts and a Status of Paid or Unpaid. You can also export a PDF of the monthly invoices by clicking the View button.
The Settings tab allows you to manage the billing contact information. You can add or make changes to the email address of who you want to receive invoices, add a note to the PDF invoice that is created, or even a note for a credit card transaction, if necessary.
The 2020 and Driver Qualification tabs give you the ability to Enable or Disable the 20/20 Training Subscription and/or Driver Qualification modules in your iScout account.
20/20 Training gives your organization access to a pre-built library of training courses that are instantly added for your employees to take.
Driver Qualifications allow for customization of managing the DQ files required for federally regulated drivers according to FMCSA 49 CFR 391.
There is a green “Enable” button or a red “Disable” button at the bottom of the screen, depending on your account status.
Finally, the Delete tab will give you the ability to completely delete your iScout account and all data associated with it. WARNING: This cannot be undone.
