Activity & Time Tracking

Daily activity reports are used to track the progress of a specific employee during their daily work shift. Daily activity reports are generally simple and include the employee’s name, time on/off site, shift change information, all activity during the shift and any other necessary comments. A time sheet is even less complex with typically only the employee’s name and the times they began work and ended work with an added-up number of total hours worked. Both forms are typically required for the payroll department to determine the wage each employee receives or to determine other billing numbers for projects, jobs, etc.

Using an iScout form you can collect hours, tasks, photos, GPS positions, signatures and more by editing our form or designing your own in just a few minutes. Once a time sheet is submitted you can get an immediate notification or you can schedule a daily/weekly notification that includes a log of all recent reports.

This form is a sample report which can be imported into your iScout account and modified to fit your organization's policies and procedures.

If you don't have an iScout account, download the printable Daily Activity & Time Sheet PDF form so your team can fill out a paper copy.
