Overview of Forms

With iScout Forms you can easily create and deploy forms for your team to fill out. Once you've created a form using the form builder, it will be available for your team to fill out either through their web browser or the iScout apps. As your team fills out their reports, you can setup automatic notifications to know exactly when a report is submitted. Then jump on iScout to search and analyze all of the forms you're collecting.

Form Building

Whether you build your own forms or start with a pre-built template, you can get your form in iScout in just a few minutes. All forms are created through the online form builder which lets you add questions like text-boxes, attachment fields, signature fields, and more. Filling Out Forms

Once you've created your form, your team can access it through their web browser or through the free iPhone and Android iScout apps available on Google Play and the iTunes App Store. For users with limited connectivity (especially out in the field) they can sign in to the iScout app and it will automatically download their forms in advance. Later they will be able to fill out forms (with photos, videos, and other attachments) without an internet connection. The app will keep checking for connectivity and will automatically upload submitted reports as soon as connectivity resumes. Tracking Follow-Ups

When your team is submitting a report, they can also assign follow-ups to themselves or other team members. Once the report is submitted the system will automatically notify the assignees and assign them an open task to resolve the follow-up. Pending follow-ups can be closed out or can be re-assigned to other team members. Administrators can run pending follow-up reports to keep track of open issues. Learn More »

Notifications

Anyone who has permission to view form responses will be able to setup email and/or push notifications when a report is submitted. Administrators can also create group notifications - for example, you might want to email all managers if an Incident Report is submitted. Learn More »

Viewing Reports

Your team can also search, filter, and analyze form responses as they're coming in, real-time (assuming you've granted them permission). The system will allow you to search by any field on the form and will generate charts and graphs using the different data points. Data can also be exported to PDF or an Excel spreadsheet.
