Schedule reports to automatically email you or your team including recent reports, training status, inspection status, participation, follow-ups, and more.
You can always login to iScout & run detailed status reports throughout the system, but sometimes you want that information to come to you. With scheduled reports, you can setup daily, weekly, monthly, or even annual reports that automatically get emailed to you or your team.
Scheduling a report is a lot like setting up a recurring calendar event. First you choose the time of day and how often it should repeat, then you choose other settings like the day of the week or day of the month. You can also setup reports for all weekdays, etc. Finally you can select an optional end-date so that the scheduled reports automatically stop by themselves.
Now you decide what type of information you want to include in your email. You can attach up to 5 items to any given email - but beware that most mail clients will block message above a certain size (10MB is pretty common). Reports that you can schedule include:
Now you choose which employees will receive the scheduled report. Filter by name, job title, location, project, role, and more. You can also add an additional message to the email plus choose how the report is formatted (e.g. Excel or PDF).
For existing schedule reports, you can review the message history to see when the last scheduled report was sent, who it sent to, and when the next one will send.
