Run inspection status reports to see which assets are up-to-date and which have expired inspections. Download to Excel, PDF, or setup a schedule report.
iScout automatically tracks the inspection status of each asset based on the renewal rate. The inspection status report allows you run status reports for your asset to know which assets are up-to-date, expiring, or expired.
First you choose what data you want to see. Filter by asset type, location, project, assignee, status, keywords, or custom fields that you add to the asset. For example, you could run a status report for "All Fire Extinguishers in the Houston Project" or search for "All Trucks and Trailers that are out-of-date."
The system will list each asset that match your query along with its serial number, assignees, profile information, and inspection status. These reports can be printed using the PDF export or downloaded to an Excel spreadsheet for further processing.
This inspection status report can also be setup as a scheduled report to automatically email a PDF or spreadsheet to your group daily, weekly, etc.
