The asset (aka equipment) profile page is a hub of information related to a specific asset. It lists a wide range of information including:
Each asset is assigned a QR code which can be printed in several common formats through the asset report page.
Scanning the QR code makes it easy to view an asset's status or do a quick inspection without having to lookup the item by serial number.

Each asset profile will list the recent inspections with direct links to view the full inspection document. The system will automatically calculate the inspection status according to these recent inspections. Team members can click "Inspect Now" to complete an inspection.
Throughout the iScout application, the Roles and Permissions page
governs the permissions of your entire team. For asset management you can determine who can view, edit, create,
inspect, or remove all types of assets in the system.

While the profile page lists the inspection status for one particular asset, you can run a system-wide
status report to search for certain groups of assets.
