The control panel makes it easy to administrate your iScout account. Quickly configure the system to fit your team and processes.
Search your employee profiles, create new profiles, generate QR code stickers, view open tasks, add custom fields, and more. With iScout's employee search page you can quickly find employees and view their profile information.
Need to terminate a profile? Set a "termination date" on the employee's profile and their access will be instantly
removed from the system. Best of all, the employee's profile information along with reports/training/etc will continue
to be available in the future with no charge.

iScout starts you out with three standard roles: Employee, Manager, and Admin.
From there you can create new roles, delete existing roles, and re-configure permissions however you prefer.
There are 100+ permissions that can be applied - most of which have deep configuration options to make sure
each team member has the appropriate level of access.

Setup daily, weekly, monthly, or annual reports that are automatically emailed
to you or your team with PDF or spreadsheet attachments such as training status,
inspection status, recent reports, pending follow-ups, and more.

You can add employees, assets, trainings and more directly through the iScout website,
but this can get tedious if you have a ton of data to load. With iScout "Dataloads" you
can create a spreadsheet of information in the specified format and upload it all at once.

including form responses, training completions, inspections, employee profiles, follow-ups, and more.
