iScout automatically generates a filter for every question in your form. For example, if you add a "Severity" question with Low, Medium, and High options, then you will be able to search for all responses where "High" was selected. If you add a "Location" select field to your form then you will be able to search for all responses with "Dallas" selected. You determine the questions and what options your team can choose.
You can also search by date, open follow-ups, observer, or even the observer's profile information. For example, search for all responses submitted by employees with the job title "Field-Tech". Filters can also be combined - so you could search forms submitted by "Field-Tech" employees with "Dallas" selected as the location.
